How to Download the Free Computer and Cell Phone Wallpapers
For computer wallpapers:
Click on the correct screen size text, click your right mouse button on the image, and click on "set as background."

For cellphone wallpapers:
Click on the correct screen size, right-click the image you want, and save the image to your hard drive. Next you load that image one of two ways. Either email that image to your phone and then set it as your wallpaper. Or you can upload it through your phone's USB, BlueTooth, or whatever data cable your phone comes with. Once it's uploaded, save it as your wallpaper. Please refer to your phone's user manual to set an image as a wallpaper, if you are having trouble. One word about cell phone wallpapers...your cell phone and/or plan needs to be able to support wallpapers.
